Visiting Assistant Professor of STEM Education, University of Cincinnati, School of Education, 1/2021 - Present
Overseeing the redesign of the Certificate in STEM Teaching and Learning in UC Online Curriculum and Instruction program.
Serving as the primary reader for Master’s level action research thesis projects.
Teaching several courses, including “Integrating STEM into Practice” and “Improving Instructional Effectiveness.”

Taught courses “Systems Thinking” and “Introduction to Ethical Circular Economy,” and led various workshops.
Advised and developed communication strategy for 10 Across initiative, collaborative networking for I-10 corridor.

Serve as doctoral committee member to graduate student mentoring and guiding research method design.

Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Walton Sustainability Solutions Initiatives (WSSI), Julie Ann Wrigley Global Institute for Sustainability, Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ, 7/2016 – 6/2018
Worked independently to design, implement and measure outcomes of knowledge organization for sustainability competencies and practices in curriculum development, organizational design, systems modeling and communication.
Developed programming for local and global projects, including Sustainability in Science Museums, Sustainability Teachers Academy, Sustainability Festival, Executive Masters in Sustainability Leadership program and others.
Project developments: A 3-day intensive workshop for mid-level professionals to craft organizational sustainability/ resiliency strategies, outlined sustainability storytelling for WSSI projects and student professional development.
Served as a judge for the “Sustainability Solutions” award at the International Science and Engineering Fair ’17-‘19
Adjunct Faculty, Paradise Valley Community College, Phoenix, AZ, 1/2014 – 5/2016
Taught “Sustainable World” in both lecture and project-oriented instruction through a hybrid course design. Authored and designed assignments for students of varying ages, experience, and capability through tech collaboration.
Advised and assisted with PVCC Sustainability Committee initiatives facilitating projects across campus.
